In Tanzania, Christmas is celebrated on 25 December. The celebration starts when Christian Tanzanians go to the Christmas mass, after which they enjoy a Christmas dinner. Christmas dinner often consists of ugali, which is a kind of maize meal, and if they can afford it, chicken or fish are served as well
